I am STRONG
I’ve gone through hell and kept walking, I know my weakness
I am WORTHY
It took me a long time to believe that I’ve worked through my “unworthiness”
I am BEAUTIFUL
And no one needs to convince me of that anymore. I’ve dropped the illusion on not enough
I am IMPERFECT
I have imperfections but that doesn’t make me imperfect. I am PERFECT as I am.
I am ME
I thought I was lost and alone, but now I realize that God is always with me.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your life's direction? As a certified life coach, I help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, create a vision for their future, and develop actionable plans to achieve their goals. My approach is supportive, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're looking to improve your relationships, career, or overall well-being; I am here to guide and motivate you every step of the way.
I began my teaching career in 1999. I knew WHAT I wanted to do but I didn’t know WHY I wanted to teach. On May 2, 2000, My WHY began to emerge! My son, Jamaal, died of SIDS in daycare; he was 5 months old and a twin. I was in shock and overcome with grief. I went through a variety of emotions: confusion, sadness, anger, fear, and guilt. Overtime, I learned that expressing my grief openly allowed me to restore my capacity to love and it was then I began to heal. Sharing my authentic experiences has not only allowed me to heal (healing is an ongoing process) but has also allowed me to show up for others boldly in my truth and to give others hope. My PURPOSE (My WHY) has meaning. This experience has impacted the way I lead and live my life.
